There is a diffrence between baggy and saggy. Baggy is just that, lose fitting. Saggy means
, or in other words falling off you. If you wear baggy pants, wear a belt so you don't have to pull them up every fifth step, then they are not saggy. I'm not arguing for the law here, just differntiating between two things that seem ot have been lumped together due to their close relation.
