You can't just raise the rear up and you probably only have preload adjustability on the rear of your bike for height anyway, which is the wrong way to do it. What you are really going to want is some adjustable rearsets. You can move the pegs down and back to give you more room. Expect to pay about $300-$350. Woodcraft rearsets are great and used to be cheaper than the others, but it has been a while since I raced. Here is the source I used to use a lot.
