You can weld a nub onto the throtle body shaft of the Q45 and bolt the 90 TPS sensor right on to the TB, or if you have a EMS or similar and a working TPS sensor for the Q45 then you are set. It sounds like a 75mm TB would work for your setup, if you wanted to go bigger then stock.
