North Dakota law states:
"Under North Dakota law, you have little protection against defects that surface after you buy a used car, unless you purchased an extended warranty."
"Private sales usually are not covered by the "implied warranties" of state law. That means a private sale probably will be on an "as is" basis, unless your purchase agreement with the seller specifically states otherwise."
Also this was not a deal done through Straight Line Specialties nor does it have anything to do w/ the business. This was my own private deal and will be dealt w/ accordingly.
Basically states you cannot return a vehicle after your mechanic sets a fire in the engine bay.
