1st - Yes, that will work fine.

2nd - No, stock cam gears should be fine on those cams, not all cams though

3rd - i would go with a FMIC and give it a mist of black BBQ paint to hide it. The supra should be fine for an e16g, but bigger than that will start to be a problem. When little turbo's start working hard they put out really hot air, so a SMIC is an issue then. You could always do an air to water also, then you can hide it.
