When the car is off the oil pressure gauge is all the way down. If I put the key in the ignition it moves all the way up. Once I start the car the guage just goes down. At Idle the light stays off but at acceleration it the light comes on. I did open the oil cap and I see that there is oil on the cams like most engines when it is running. How accurate is the autometer oil pressure gauge? Hey eclipseturbo what gauges do you have in your car?
