7 bolts are not even bad, plenty of people run them over 400hp without problems. sorry for being off topic.
I would say do an evo 9 swap and get the mivec to work, now that would be a baller set up. You could safely say that your the only eclipse with variable valve timing and then make it rwd rather easy by using an eclipse rear end and a custom driveshaft.
