He pulled us over for the obvious reason of ungodly loud exhaust. Kyle used his patented "confuse the officer with gibirish" technique in regards to switching license plates and insurance in the state of Wisconsin (as Kyle is from Prescott). After he got all that figured out we think he had forgotten about the loudness!
