Yeah, the Evo X is a twin disk manual that is shifted via computer. It has the paddle shifters and everything on the wheel. Everyone raves about the Ferrari 360 F1, so I don't know why it is an issue with the Evo.
How do you know the new engine is less flexible? Hasn't the power band been getting broader with the later Evo's? This one will have MiVec on both cams, a shorter stroke engine (more potential to rev) and a newly designed engine. The 4g63 is a great engine, but I am sure there are improvements that could be made from the old design.
Personally I love the looks of it, I have since I first saw it. It looks like a more upscale car, not the boy racer look of the 8/9. S-AWC should be sweet too. I already have my name down at Brookdale for the first one
