Are you sure adequate oil flow is present? I've read where several turbo's have failed due to collapsed or restricted oil lines.
That was the first thing I looked at but it was ruled out after the first failure. In addition the turbo I used while the PTE was being serviced operated fine for several thousand miles with the same feed and return lines.

I really think this is my last experience with the PTE built turbos. Monday I'm going to call FP and see if they can build a non-ball bearing version of the 3065. If not then I'll see about getting a new CHRA from them. [/b][/quote]
Newbie question: why do you want a non-BB 30 series instead of a BB 30 series?
