That was the first thing I looked at but it was ruled out after the first failure. In addition the turbo I used while the PTE was being serviced operated fine for several thousand miles with the same feed and return lines.

I really think this is my last experience with the PTE built turbos. Monday I'm going to call FP and see if they can build a non-ball bearing version of the 3065. If not then I'll see about getting a new CHRA from them.
