changed the gasket and still have boost leaks

Well I finally did a boost leak test and I found I had a pretty major boost leak where my throttle body connects with my intake manifold. So I got some new gaskets and went to town. After the gaskets were in and everything was cranked down I did another boost leak test just to make sure. Sure enough, there is that very same big leak in that very same spot. I was planning on taking it apart again and putting a layer of RTV on the throttle body, but I thought I would get some other opinions first. And if I do use RTV, should I wait for it to dry on the throttle body and then clamp it down? Or should I just slap some on there and crank away? I don't like boost leaks
