Posting this up for an acquaintance, someone I work with. It would be cool to have more people live close by.

Extremely low association dues, only $120/month which includes water, sewer, building insurance, parking. Owner responsible for other utilities such as electric, tv, internet, etc. Many other places have dues as high as $300-400/month.
