99% is a horseshit customer satisfaction rate, and I doubt you guys are seriously that high. I would guess it is 97-98%. 99.8% is satisfactory, 99.5% - 99.8% is where most good companies are. If you constantly point fingers like you are, you will never become a good company. Realize that you are getting better but still have a long ways to go. Find the weak spots and fix them. If you don't have satisfied customers, you aren't going to have a company in a few years.
