I'm guessing you're talking about me. I had mine built by MAP for what I'd say was a great price, and then payed a little bit more on top of that to have them install it. I don't remember the exact prices, but I brought them a used short block, which they built and had ready to drop in within maybe 2 weeks. I then dropped my running car off there, left for Spain. They took the old motor out, used the same head and all the other components that were on the car, put it all together. I came back home, and stopped at there shop where they handed me the keys and I drove it home. About as hassle free as it gets I'd say.

Steve also does decent rebuilds if you're looking for someone to build it, but I'm not sure if he's willing to install them.
