You don't have to remove the dash. It's all accessed from under the dash on the passenger side, as is most modern cars. I took all that crap out of my car years ago, I never had to remove the dash to do it. If the leak isn't that bad, you might be able to get away with a bottle of Bar's leak, or something similar poured into the filler neck.
