So, it appears that I now have plenty of fuel (for now) but for some reason the alky injection was not behaving like I expected it to. Anything above 24.5psi was knocking, so we ended up just leaving it there for now. Note that this is only about 2psi more peak and 1psi in the upper revs more than I was running on straight 92 octane. I'm not even convinced that it wasn't the -1 degree temps (17degrees in the dyno room, I think) that let the car run more boost and not the alky. Needless to say I'm gonna get my hands on some methanol and try that instead.
The cams, the cams the cams. HKS 280's. Nice power improvement throughout the powerband. I am very impressed, and can see why so many people use them. Overall the car picked up about 40 lb-ft of torque and 44whp peak. Take a look at the power band from 3200-4000 rpms, damn! Also, at 5600rpms, the car picked up 52whp!
Just in case anyone doesn't know, I drive this thing anywhere from 40-100 miles per day on average, so it sees plenty of 'fun' time...and oh yea, I AM RUNNING a cat!!! (that may change)
