My birthday is this coming Thursday and I'll be turning 28. I can't remember the last time I went out for my birthday other than a couple beers at the local bar with my roommate and Tom a few years ago. I'd like to do it up right for once and head downtown for the night.

Bar Fly is having a little Christmas bash on Saturday so I figure we might as well take advantage of that. As always, any coin will get you any drink from 9 till 11. Santa will be there with his sexy elves as well!

Though, as most of you know, I like to eat good food. I was hoping to catch dinner or at least a snack somewhere first. Any suggestions? Bar Fly is located on Hennepin near the City Center and Block E. Meeting for food around 6 or 7 would give plenty of time have a bite to eat before getting stupid. We have a week to figure out the details, though I'd like to nail down specifics within a day or two since I'm inviting friends outside of this site.
