Hell no. The factory tensioners do not fail at high rpm, they fail over time and should always be replaced at every timing belt change. This would work ok if you checked the belt tension every 1000 miles or so and adjusted accordingly for stretch, which would pretty much require that you not run a timing belt cover since you'd have to take it all apart to adjust that. Looks like another snake oil product for suckers.
