i live in tempe and i've been all over scottsdale, fashion square, all that nice shiz. i know its nice, but i don't consider the burbs to be Phoenix. i consider that big smelly thing 20 miles away to be that. and i'm 21, but partying is just about as far down on my list or priorities as you can get, (its right under playing Edward 40 hands)
