Precision Muffler and Precision Turbo & Engine (PTE) are the only things I have heard of close to that.

Twisted Air, what is that about? I don't correlate that name with cars. Good name for a company that makes props for airplanes though. Quick Precision gets the point across, but it isn't very catchy. JAM is pretty catchy, but doesn't convey a message.

Personally I think catchy should be the main thing. You want it to jump out at people. Just pretend you are looking throught the phone book. Would you take your car to Quick Precision or Horsepower Haven? Hehe, also think of the initials QP, that stands for something else too. That may be a good thing though, the initials are already used.
