How so? When a part is reverse engineered, everything is taken in account (coolant passages, etc.). Here is the name of the company I was talking about

A good friend of mine at Purdue sent in the heads off of his family's pulling tractor and had CAD models produced to which he has based his CNC porting off of. He also did some other goodies before finalizing the porting specifications but I won't mention that for the time being.
