It is a few blocks away from our old facility. We have one other option that we are looking at that is in Plymouth. The problem with the Plymouth location is we went and "found" it and it is somewhat of a pita to find. We have an appointment tuesday to see what it looks like inside, but the renovation would probably be very costly.
We are just trying to find a location that will allow us to dyno tune during the day and allow us to better lay out our shop space. Good shop space is hard to find, tenants that don't complain about noise is even harder. We made a mistake with this landlord regarding noise, the next lease we are in control.
Moving every year is not the goal and is honestly a huge pain! Fortunally we are keeping the same phone numbers so it will not be difficult to track us down.
We will probably be throwing a moving party as well.
I'll have more details at the end of this week. We are just very excited to have the opportunity to obtain a better layout for the future. The move will allow us to schedule work more efficiently. For those that will have to drive further (assuming the Ramsey location is chosen, it is a 95% front runner) I appologize. The new "digs" will be well worth the drive, trust me
