I dealed with someone from the same company.
Kinda sounds like the same deal with me, but it was for DSMlink, so i actually called dsmlink and asked them about my order and they had no idea.
Then i kept calling RR and finally got thru to someone, i told them how fucked up it is that i have someone basically sitting there live answering questions till i send money, then they disappear.
I told him to put my order thru and give me a discount or i will start some shit. he gave me a discount and it looks like i started some shit indirectly cause apparantly dsmlink didn't know that RR was hooking up people with sockets and other stuff for cheaper or free compared to DSMlink.
