The thing with mine was that I JUST took off the plate to get another screw to screw back into the front bumper since I found it hanging by one screw. Then I come back a while later only to find out I've got a ticket! I was fixing it, that's why it was off. Eh, very bad timing. Oh well...I'm going to argue this one, the plates are back on with 4 new screws and still looks ugly.
