AKA, if your a baby about numbers or you are old school and used to the old technology dynos then you would like a dyno jet better.
But then don't question why you make 250hp and can barely get out of the 14s, no matter who drives your car.
I say pick a dyno and stay with it, but there is a good reason DD cost more and are around less. Research just a bit and find out why only a few companies are using these and why some of the newer and more popular shops are using them.
Some older co. might not use them just cause they already have a good dyno and the money to change won't be worth it, till their dyno breaks.
