93-94 850 turbos are FWD, but are cheap, I've seen some around $1000 with a decent body. The R is always sweet, but don't expect to get one of those cheap. Besides, they have the same turbo, the R just runs more boost. You can get a "upgrade kit" for the old 850's that boost them up to 270 horsepower, that's why it's cheaper to just get the regular 850 and maybe throw some R badges on it and the R front bumper and rear spoiler.
