Ok just went out to my car and did that but it didnt fix the problem so now im completly clueless.

Heres what ive tried thusfar...
Replaced a relay right near the ignition (the car is an alpine alarm)
Jumped the car
Replaced an ignition fuse that blew (under the hood)
Replaced any fuse that i saw was blown.
made sure that the wires were not grounding out
unhooked the brain box of the alarm.
Made sure that the starter motors neg and positive were hooked up. (i havent checked the voltage yet on it though)

None of these things worked, still when i turn on the ignition the radio and everything works, then when i try and start it, the radio shuts off and the starter doesnt even turn on or anything. just nothing happens.
Any ideas?
