The Perrin FMIC looks good and if price was no problem and I owned a Neon, it would be my first choice.
Next would be the AGP, Cheap! Never cared for the box style end tanks though.
Next the big Spearco. Always hear good things about Spearco.
Non of this is based on any technical info, just the way I feel. If I new more than the dimensions and price I might think differently, but, I don't and I'm not going to research.
