I work for an ESOP company

Sure you start out shitty, but the better you do, the longer you stay.. the more money you get in the end! I think ESOP is the best way to run a company. That way, when people realize that if they break this or that, or steal that.. or sit around and do nothing; they are just hurting themselves in the end. I'm hoping for a respectable raise at my yearly review. A dollar or more would be nice..
