Come on Tauni, your just mad because batting your eyelashes and being cute didn't get you off the hook this time. If you were not with that guy you would have probably off by crying or acting like you didn't know what the hell was going on.
And as far as your friend goes, he is full of shit if he said he paid the ticket. Unless he mailed it and it was in the process of getting there then it would have not shown up. As soon as payment is received for a fine it is taken out of the system automatically. There is no time period where it has to makes its way through the system, when its paid its done. Trust me I have paid my fair share of fines in my day.
