So I went mountain biking last night with some co-workers, and everything was going pretty good until I put a hole in my chin. Ok, so it wasn't really a hole, but it was a pretty deep cut. Four stitches worth. I was going over a log pile that was probably about 3 feet high or so. On the back side of it, I hit my front tire funny and went over the bars, right into a rock garden.

I hit my chin on something sharp, and it made a pretty deep cut. I also sprained my left hand.
It seems like every time I get on my mountain bike I get a scrape, or a bruise, or something. I've never had to go to the hospital for it, before last night though. Oh well, You gotta pay to play.

It could have been worse, so I'm not upset. I'll just have to be more careful next time. Or maybe I should just stick to road bikes.
