Wow that sucks really bad. Yea it sounds like something with the clutch is messed up, but if third is not there then maybe you broke that fork too. Hard to tell until you rip it apart.
Get rid of the dsms and youll be much happier
Being dsmsless gives you so much time to do normal stuff.
