If I were you and my goals were 450whp, I would be using a stock 6 bolt. I am hoping to get 500whp out of my 2g fwd with a stock 6 bolt block and built head but we'll see what happens. A 7 bolt head would work, but the head bolt holes would need to be drilled bigger to get the head studs through the holes on the 7 bolt head.
