On a side note. Make that bitch pay dearly. I can understand that talking on the cell phone while driving will never go away but these kids that can't control a 3000lb machine in 5mph traffic should not be driving. I've counted more than a few times just in the past year where I've had to be the one to swerve, dip, or brake like a mad man to avoid getting hit by some scmuck on a cell phone who's not paying attention.
