I have the Tokico Illuminas and i love em. I dont know what springs i have, but shane is right, cheap coilovers is NOT the way to go. I had them on my 99 GSX and i hated the ride, so freakin bouncy i would always have a headache because my head was always hitting the roof (literally, im not joking on that one). Once i got the GST and it had the Tokicos on it my headache surprisingly went away.
