This has been gone over in the past, but for a turbo manifold you really should use 321 stainless. It is superior to 304 for this application. O2 housing, DP and exhaust 304 is great. Stress relief is key to a good manifold. 95% of the tubular manifolds out there are not made properly. Stick with a cast manifold unless you are way up there in hp (600+ whp).
