I realize this is probably a generic defense statement that you might shoot out to anyone talking about police, but it really does not apply in this case.
Besides, if no one ever faught the system what would happen?

I hear ya. I've been where you are, and I stopped speeding. Tickets are there to pay for roads. If you didn't get a ticket to pay for roads, then all of the others on this forum who aren't speeding would have 3% more taken out of their pay checks, your license would cost $50, and you'd pay an extra $1 for beer at bars.
