Currently wetbacks just use a fake SSN and claim a bunch of dependants so they won't have to pay much taxes. We have to figure out how to convert their resources into dollars for the US. Then we can take those dollars and use them to build a HUGE electrically charged wall along the border.  It looks like we're on the right track.
