So you want to meet someone, who lives in your neighborhood, so you post a spotted thread on here...
I can think of a better way, go and ring their doorbell, tell them you like their car, and talk to them. Worst case it is just somebody's beater and they don't care about DSM's, oh no, another stranger you won't want to talk too.
