I'm trying to find a room mate actually. My friend Kyle recently got kicked out so we've been discussing the possibility. But you are right, I don't want to be shit outta luck if my room mate decides to be irrespoinsible. But as I'm pricing out places, I've found I can save around $150 in rent on some of these places if I find a room mate. More if I can find two.
Don't you have to have a Co-Signer if you have poor/no credit? I don't have credit yet. I suppose another question is what are good ways to build credit?
