Man, I really need to get back in shape again. Shouldnt be as hard for me compared to bigger guys, since I'm only 5'9@140 lbs. I'm still sore from Tuesday's workout . Maybe I'll follow up on that push-up routine up there. Sounds like something I could do at night.
Make sure you do squats. As much as you hate them they are an absolute necessity. If you aren't doing squats, don't bother lifting the other weights.

You should be able to get that bench as long as you eat big and lift big, I have put 10 more lbs on my bench in the last month while losing weight. Being on a cutting diet is terrible for trying to make gains, but somehow I am doing it.

And yes, some exercises will be easier for you, leverage is a bitch, bench with long ass arms isn't fun at all.
