I used to like doing power cleans in HS. Now i'm all out of shape, lol. My max for most is about half of the average here.
Squat: Measly 220 x 1 (my most hated workout, but most needed)
Bench: 175 x 1 (goal is 200 by July)
Cleans: been a while, but last year I was at 165 x 1
Pull ups: 15-20 (guess)
Sit ups: havent counted
Man, I really need to get back in shape again. Shouldnt be as hard for me compared to bigger guys, since I'm only 5'9@140 lbs. I'm still sore from Tuesday's workout

. Maybe I'll follow up on that push-up routine up there. Sounds like something I could do at night.
