My reps/weights as of monday/tuesday:
squat: 315lbs 1x10 355 1x8 and 385 1x5
bench:135lbs 1x10 155 1x8 and 165 1x5
cleans: 275lbs 3x5
pull ups: 3x3
sit ups: 25x5 on incline situp's
Steeltwo you should find somewhere to do cleans. It helps your expolsive speed tenfold. Just make sure you do it right, like 80% of the people i see doing them in the weightroom are doing them wrong.
Also on Tuesday, Thursday I run 3-5 miles depending on how sore I am.
On Saturday and Sunday I run 5-7 miles with the marines, and do some hardcore situps.
