That's the same way with the Snap Fitness by me. At least it's in a business district, with low traffic though. Plus there's a small hill/burm thing between the road and the parking lot.
I think I'm going to join there this week. It's just under a mile from my house. Easily within biking/jogging distance. I have to double check the price, but they have memberships starting at $30. If that's true, and I can still get $20 off from Medica, then it would be a kick ass place to go for only $10/month. I have to double check on all of that though.
