ok my posts were way too in depth, i dunno why i rambled so much. Basically in a nut shell, i will stay loyal to those 2 shops unless i am swayed to go somewhere else or feel i am better off with some other shop. Things that could sway me would be a combination of any of these: friendships, prices, customer service, quality of parts, and being local. Not saying that just one of those would sway me alone, but they could. I just like a good combination of all of that in a company.
