I had a full Garrett setup on my old GST, Garrett 4 bolt exhaust side. I had an RnR 3" O2 Elim downpipe that mated up to my 4bolt exhaust side. I am not an RnR customer at all anymore, so I'm not trying to tell you to go to them, but if he can do it, then I'm sure other's can. You could try and call him, but he never answers the phone, and he is always slow at shipping. Otherwise, I'm sure you could call other vendors who offer full garrett kits, and they possibly sell downpipes for their kits. Maybe AGP?
