I've had it in to several differant places and they all say bla bla bla, give me money...or don't even want to work on it...I wouldn't mind spending money if they were going to "fix" something, but Tires Plus looked at it ($90) and said I need new plugs/wires, after I had told them I had them on order allready.
Sounds warm up related. Have you had a chance to have the CEL pulled?
By running "shitty", what do you mean exactly? Lack of power? No idle? Wandering idle? (revs up and down up and down)
The plug wires should not be popping off the coilpacks. Check the inside of the wire and make sure the metal connecter isn't expanded to much, you might not be getting a good connection. Also, like mentioned above, make sure you have no routing issues that are causing a binding issue.
I would start by having the CEL pulled. Odds are it is a nasty leak post MAS (mass airflow sensor). It could also be related to one of the warm-up circuits/systems or a failed MAS as well. Like Jakey mentioned, make sure you CBV (blow off valve is the common name for it, it should actually be functioning like a compressor bypass valve. By this I mean, make sure the outlet tube is hooked up to you intake stream before your turbocharger) is hooked up properly. Check for vacumm/boost leaks, and make sure all your wiring around your thermostat housing is intact.
Best of luck.
