For the hood you can just go to a junk yard. It's the same as the rest of the galants. Headlights too. The bumper, if you need to replace it, will be harder. I would try GVR4.org and see if anybody has a stock one, or a JDM one. I like the looks of the JDM ones, but it seems almost like GVR4 guys go as crazy over the JDM stuff as honda guys, those cost a lot more.
Glad you weren't hurt and the damage sounds fairly minor.
