Best perk for me would be having the ability to go anywhere (to eat or shop) by skyway so I never have to go outside if I don't want to. I can just run out and grab a coffee at any point during the day, and it's like 5 mins from me. Or I can run to DQ and have some ice cream, and that is like 10 min. There is absolutely everything you need at your fingertips downtown. At least for me there is.
I don't think I would like working back in the 'burbs anymore.
Thing I hate least.... I still have the commute, but at least it's on a bus.
